Our vision is to help players grow their love for the game while teaching them invaluable life skills on and off the field in another country.

Our goal is for our prayers to develop the confidence, skills and experience needed to lead on their team, in their class and within their community.

Our staff has competed at a collegiate level in the US and are licensed coaches with a passion for youth sports.

It is important to note that we are not a club nor do we intend to become a club. We are an organization that exists to provide players with an international experience. Our main objective is to develop leaders. Our players will come from high schools, local clubs and whatever tryouts bring. Our main focus is to experience a new country and a new culture primarily and engage with other teams through the international language of futbol.

Our Founders

Our founders Sushil Gupta and John Reed met at Columbia International University on the soccer field in 1999 both playing for the now CIU Rams (then Cougars )
all four years of college. Our foundation is built on God, and we are passionate about the world He created and the sports He allows us to play.

John Reed

Reed was born in Madrid, Spain and learned to play in the streets of his hometown of Arganda del Rey before coming to the U.S. to finish high school and playing in college. He’s since earned his USSF D – license to coach at an academy level. Currently coaches the 2007 Girls Premier team at South Carolina United FC and has passion for the game and international travel.

Sushil Gupta

Sushil was born in California, and spent his formative years in India where he grew up playing barefoot football on the dirt grounds of Chennai. He came to
the US for college, where he played collegiate soccer until he was sidelined with a tib/fib fracture his senior year. Post college, he pivoted into volleyball
and has coached Club and High School for 11 years.

Gupta and Reed both have been involved in international markets and exposure in their own way. Gupta has been to 20 countries and Reed trails behind with only 10 countries on his list. Gupta manages HBI Global Partners, an international missions organisation, and Reed started and operates Palmetto Interpreters, a translation company in the Carolinas founded in 2006.
